Mat


Complete a 55-minute series of precise, flowing movements designed to increase body awareness, core endurance and breath capacity.

Levels include: Mat débutant for beginners, as well as levels 1, 2 and 3.

Courses are limited to eight people, so reserve your spot early.

We also offer Mat ball, which adds a twist to the regular Pilates mat routine. Use the mat ball classes to perfect your core control and balance.

Gain independence in your understanding and managing the Pilates equipment while advancing your technique.

Levels include: Reformer débutant, 1, 2, and 3; Mat/Wall Unit débutant; Wall Unit 1 and 2; and Chair 1.
Duos

Duos


Work with one other person of your level and an instructor using any or all pieces of Pilates equipment.

Sign up with a friend, or ask the receptionist to identify and recruit a partner with the same Pilates level.
