With management approval of your particular case, you may transfer your remaining credit or classes to another per.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise (t-shirts, dvds, balloons, or magic circles).
Workshops
All workshops require pre-registration with payment in full to guarantee your place. Counting one week before the scheduled workshop, no refunds will be given.
Tardiness
Mats or Quartets :
Warm-up is a crucial part of group classes, and for your safety, if you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class. Your absence will be considered as a cancellation, and your account will be debited.
Privates or Duos:
If you are running late for your private session, please try and make it anyway. The class can begin up until 35 minutes after the hour. A delay greater than 35 minutes will automatically forfeit the class, and you will be charged the amount of your lesson.
Injuries
Clients with injuries are allowed to take basics mat classes. However, only injury free clients are permitted to take quartets.
Pregnancy
For pregnant women, we recommend practicing Pilates during your pregnancy only if you have been doing so for at least three months prior to conception. Also, if you have previously had any complications or difficulty with the pregnancy or past pregnancies, including bleeding, previous miscarriage, etc., we recommend that you start your Pilates training six to eight weeks after giving birth.
If you are pregnant and have already practiced Pilates, please come to your session with a note from your doctor specifying that you can practice sports. Please disclose all information to your professor about the pregnancy or past pregnancies. Private sessions are advised, rather than group classes, throughout the pregnancy. Ultimately, we count on our pregnant clients to provide constant feedback and information throughout the session in order to keep their bodies safe and healthy.
